With over 18 years of experience working in professional sports as well as with private clients, Daniel Lavipour, MPhil, BSc (hons), has helped athletes, celebrities and people from a range of backgrounds achieve their goals.

  • This experience includes training multiple world and Olympic champions as well as several actors for major film roles. 
  • ​He's also trained the England men‘s and women's football teams across different age groups as well as working for the British Olympic Association and the English Institute of Sport 
  • Daniel also holds significant experience in rehabilitating injuries as the former national lead rehabilitation coach for Team GB.

Daniel Lavipour

Daniel Lavipour, MPhil, BSc (hons), is a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and athletics coach. He has 20 years experience working in professional sport as well as with private clients from a range of backgrounds including celebrities and professionals. This experience includes training multiple world and Olympic champions as well as several actors for major film roles.

Daniel‘s experience also includes training the England men‘s and women's football teams across different age groups as well as working for the British Olympic Association, the English Institute of Sport, and the New Zealand Olympic team. Daniel also holds significant experience in rehabilitating injuries where he was the national lead rehabilitation coach for Team GB.

assessment session

A one-to-one session with daniel

- A full assessment of the most important factors for designing your individualised programme 

- A chance to meet in person to see if we are a good fit for each other

- A low commitment way to get started

building a plan and 10 sessions of support

Starting The Journey

- Sign up for 10 sessions of training where we will look to make some serious physical progression

- Spread your sessions out how you choose e.g. 1 times per week or 2 times per week etc...

- Include sessions to be completed on your own sent to you through a training app with video demonstrations and ways to log your progress

- Include nutrition support

Short, Medium & Long Term Progression

- Once you complete your 10 sessions simply decide if you would like to keep training 

- Most of daniel's clients have continued to work with him for several years

Work With Daniel Wherever You Are Based 

Another training option exists for remote clients who are not able to visit Daniel in London. This can involve sessions over video call and sessions sent via a training app.
